Habitat for Humanity of the Peoria Region has been transforming lives and communities since 1983. We partner with families to help them build or improve a place they can call home — bringing communities together to help families build strength, stability, and self-reliance through shelter.
Seeking to put God's love into action, Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, communities, and hope. We work in partnership with families to build and repair homes, making homeownership accessible to those who might not otherwise have the opportunity.

At Habitat for Humanity Greater Peoria Area, we live out our mission on a daily basis. Our mission describes what we do in partnership with our homeowners and our community. We believe that God wants us to be an extension of His love and kindness here on earth. As an affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, we work to eliminate poverty housing not only in our own community but worldwide. We would like to invite you to join in our mission.
